01 . How is the billing structured for web development projects?

Billing for web development projects is typically divided into milestones. An initial deposit is required to start the project, followed by payments upon the completion of agreed-upon stages. The final payment is due before project delivery. Specific payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement.

02 . Are there any additional charges beyond the quoted price?

The quoted price covers all the services outlined in the project proposal. Any additional features, changes, or requests made after the project scope is finalized may incur extra charges. These will be discussed and approved by you before implementation.

03 . What is the refund policy for web development projects?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. The initial deposit is generally non-refundable as it covers the planning and initial development work. If a project is canceled partway through, refunds for subsequent payments will depend on the amount of work already completed.
